Our Approach

The human spine comprises 24 vertebrae that play a crucial role in facilitating movement, such as bending and twisting, which are essential for daily activities. In addition to this mobility, the spine, along with the skull, protects vital structures including the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. These structures are critical for regulating bodily functions and maintaining overall health.

And sure, even though pain relief from joint restrictions is one of the benefits of chiropractic care there’s much more to it. Our bodies were not designed to be at a desk 8-12 hours a day, to be driving all day long, to be looking down at a screen with terrible posture for prolonged periods of time, or to bust out 200 squats in 2 minutes. Just like we can’t eat healthy once or go to the gym once and call it a day; we can’t get adjusted once and expect to be done forever. As with anything, maintenance is key.
